At Riyami, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free Return & Refund Policy within the specified terms.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

1.1 Return Window

  • You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including tags, boxes, and certificates).

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Customized or personalized jewelry (made-to-order pieces)
Sale/Discounted items (unless defective)
Gift cards or vouchers

1.3 Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear images/videos of the issue via email riyami.store.1@gmail.com.

 

 

2. Return Process

2.1 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email Us – Contact riyami.store.1@gmail.com with:

    • Order number

    • Product name & reason for return

    • Attach images (if applicable)

  2. Approval – We will review your request and send a Return Authorization (RA) number if eligible.

  3. Ship Back – Securely pack the item and ship it to our return address (provided in the approval email).

2.2 Return Shipping Cost

  • Customers bear return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service (India Post, Delhivery, etc.).

 

 

3. Refund Process

3.1 Refund Methods

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Store credit may be offered (optional) for future purchases.

3.2 Refund Deductions

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may be reduced for missing tags, packaging, or product damage.

3.3 Failed Deliveries

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, we will refund the order minus shipping fees.

 

 

4. Exchange Policy

4.1 Exchanges for Defective/Wrong Items

  • We offer free replacements (subject to stock availability) for:

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Incorrect items shipped

  • You will receive a new product or a full refund if a replacement isn’t possible.

4.2 Exchanges for Size/Color

  • Currently, we do not offer size/color exchanges. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order.

 

 

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement (if not yet shipped).

  • Refunds for cancellations are processed within 3-5 business days.

5.2 After Shipment

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. You may return it after delivery (as per return policy).

Q1. How long does a refund take?

  • Bank/UPI refunds: 5-7 business days

  • Credit/Debit cards: 7-10 business days (varies by bank)

Q2. What if I miss the 7-day return window?

  • Late returns are not accepted, except for defective items reported within 48 hours.

Q3. Can I return a gifted item?

  • Yes, but the refund will be issued to the original payment method (not the gift recipient).
