  • By placing an order, you confirm that all provided information (name, address, payment details) is accurate.

  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Site, policies, or product listings without prior notice.

  • Continued use after changes implies acceptance of revised Terms.

1.3 Account Responsibility

  • If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and restricting unauthorized access.

2. Orders & Payments

2.1 Order Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification.

  • We may cancel orders due to pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or inability to fulfill.

2.2 Pricing & Taxes

  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change.

  • GST and other applicable taxes are included in the final checkout amount.

2.3 Payment Methods

We accept:

 ✅ Wallets (Paytm, Amazon Pay)
 ✅ EMI (if applicable)

  • Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways (Razorpay, Paytm). Riyami does not store card details.

2.4 Order Confirmation

  • You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful payment.

  • Contact us within 24 hours if you do not receive confirmation.

 

 

3. Product Information & Limitations

3.1 Product Descriptions

  • We strive for accuracy in product images and descriptions, but slight variations (color, size) may occur due to screen settings.

  • Artificial jewelry may experience natural wear over time; avoid contact with water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals.

3.2 Custom Orders

  • Customized/personalized jewelry is non-returnable unless defective.

  • Approval of design proofs is the customer’s responsibility.

 

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

4.2 Delivery Timeline

  • Standard shipping: 3-7 business days (India).

  • Delays due to courier services, weather, or customs are beyond our control.

4.3 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹499.

  • Below ₹499: Flat ₹50 shipping fee.

4.4 International Shipping

  • Currently, we deliver only within India.

 

 

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

5.1 Return Window

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

    • Product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

    • Defective/wrong items must be reported within 48 hours.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

 ❌ Customized jewelry
 ❌ Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

5.3 Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5-7 business days after return approval.

 

 

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

  • All website content (logos, designs, text, images) is the property of Riyami and protected under Indian copyright laws.

6.2 Restrictions

  • You may not reproduce, modify, or resell our designs without written permission.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Riyami is not liable for:

    • Allergic reactions or misuse of jewelry.

    • Delays caused by third-party logistics.

    • Indirect damages (loss of profits, data breaches).

 

 

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by Indian law.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
