1. Order Processing & Dispatch

1.1 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

1.2 Same-Day Dispatch (Conditions Apply)

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST on business days may qualify for same-day dispatch (subject to availability).

1.3 Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive:
     ✅ Order confirmation via email/SMS immediately after purchase.
     ✅ Shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched.

  • Delivery to remote areas (e.g., NE states, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh) may take 7-10 business days.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply (will be notified before dispatch).

 

 

3. Tracking Your Order

3.1 How to Track?

  • Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Track directly on our website or the courier’s portal (link included in email).

3.2 Delayed Shipments?

  • Delays may occur due to:

    • Weather conditions

    • Customs clearance (if applicable)

    • Logistics delays

4. Shipping Restrictions

4.1 International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be introduced soon!

4.2 P.O. Boxes & Army Addresses

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

  • For Army/APO addresses, please provide complete details (including pin code & contact number).

 

 

5. Undelivered/Failed Deliveries

5.1 Incorrect Address

  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will need to:

    • Pay for re-shipping OR

    • Receive a refund (minus original shipping charges).

5.2 Unclaimed Packages

  • If a package remains unclaimed for 7 days, it will be returned to us.

  • Refunds will be processed minus shipping & handling fees.

 

 

6. Shipping for Returns/Exchanges

  • Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for return shipping details.

  • Customers bear return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
